How are you supposed to get over someone when you have to be around them all the time?
Garden State: soundtrack
Garden State | 2004 | dir. Zach Braff
"So what do we do? What do we do?"
Garden State is a film that has apparently lost much of its charm throughout the past decade, but I still sort of love it, and not because of the hip indie soundtrack (which I still very much enjoy), but rather because these characters seem to be duplicates of people I actually know, people who are clearly lost but comfortable in taking the next unknowable step in life, and the older I get, the more I appreciate that quality in others.
Out of body experience?

ZACH BRAFF • TUESDAY, JULY 1 • 3:30pm ET / 12:30pm PT
The first non-musician to brave this series, Zach Braff is coming to Tumblr HQ on Tuesday to pour his heart out onto your Dashboard. His new film, “Wish I Was Here,” hits theaters on July 18th, and he wants to tell you all about it. After all, the man co-wrote, directed and hand-picked the music.
Submit your questions here, then follow that movie and switch on your Tumblr on Tuesday at 3:30pm ET for a very new edition of Dashboard Confessions.
